TRANSFORMATION WORKSHOP

Sericyne Silk® is processed in our workshop, a modern, fully-equipped facility designed to meet all production needs: shaping and making-up.

Our qualified teams ensure that every item manufactured complies with the strictest quality standards.

EXCLUSIVE PARTNERS

While small and medium series are produced in Sericyne’s workshops, large series are outsourced and entrusted to our finishers.

The finishing of Sericyne Silk® is also carried out by exclusive partners, carefully selected and trained in Sericyne’s requirements.

Our customers benefit from our expertise and rigorous quality control throughout the process.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

—01 BRIEF

Our co-construction process begins with the brief.

This fundamental first stage enables us to clarify your objectives, analyse your expectations and integrate your technical constraints and timetable.

The brief stage enables us to define a shared vision and methodology for our collaboration.

—02 PROTOTYPING

This stage enables ideas to be materialised in the form of models, often in several iterations.

Prototyping is used to test technical feasibility, validate design choices, and adjust details based on feedback and internal tests.

Once the prototype has been approved, the project moves on to the production phase.

—03 MANUFACTURING

Production start-up requires close coordination by the technical teams involved in the manufacturing phase.

Our expertise and experience enable us to manufacture finished – or semi-finished – products while carrying out quality control throughout the production process.

In this way, we ensure that the specifications are met and that the products correspond to the initial brief.

—04 DELIVERY

This final phase includes not only the packaging and dispatch of the finished product, but also a final assessment to ensure that your requirements have been fully met.

Finally, effective management is the guarantee that the project will be delivered successfully and on schedule, as defined in the co-creation project.
